This week I wanted to share a few of my go to healthy recipes from some of our favorite food sites!
Hit’n’run Chicken from Jamie Oliver is such a great weeknight dinner. It’s quick, healthy, and versatile. I have used this method with all different blends of vegetables and herbs and we have loved it every time.
The Chicken Rollatini from Skinny Taste. Jordan loves lasagna and one of my favorite dinners has always been stuffed chicken breast so this is a household favorite!
This Spanish Potato Omelet from Giada De Laurentiis. We love doing breakfast for dinner and this is a winter favorite. I like to skip the sauce and add some roasted red peppers straight into the omelet!
Chicken Taco Salad by The Pioneer Women is one of my favorite lunches. I like to eat it with a lime cilantro vinaigrette and sliced avocado. I love recipes like this where I can easily make a salad for myself and something more substantial for Jordan so I make lots of the chicken so he can have tacos!
